16 Girls - Premiers 2025

16 Girls - Premiers 2025
In what can only be described as one of the greatest grand final comebacks, our Under 16 Gold Girls have pulled off a golden point victory defeating Hills 34-30 in their Grand Final at Kellyville
Down 30 to 6 with less than 20 to go the girls scored on the bell with flying winger Jadie Johnston scoring off a last play cross field kick and going over underneath the posts.
Mascot received off the kick and the forwards marched up to close to halfway. It was then Cobi Ryan-Last spotted two markers off side ran through them, and ran around the fullback to score the match winner.
This great bunch of girls never gave in even when it looked like it could have got away from them.
To Nita and all the coaching staff, a job well done. And to the Girls...back to back premiers....enjoy the celebrations
